What do we do after leaving the EU?

I mentioned my membership of UKIP last night to someone, who said 'but what happens when UKIP succeeds and we leave the EU? We'll be on our own!'

'But we won't be on our own' I replied, and outlined the case for EFTA - European Free Trade Area - which is where the UK should have been all along!

The poverty of thought. The EU is like a comfort blanket for some. The fact that it delivers none of what it promises, is not enough for them to consider that leaving is actually the moderate option.

I think the simple answer is, "anything we want, what would you like to do". The Serf is correct, what we are fighting is poverty of the imagination.
